The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital was seeking to implement a new Picture Archiving Communication Systems (PACS) within a number of operating theatres.
Space within the operating theatre was at a premium and the RNOH required a system that would be both ergonomic and space efficient.
The initial thought of the RNOH was to implement a mobile cart as this could be manoeuvred in front of individual PACS displays.
